Delete your HT Account

Learn what deleting your account means

• You’ll lose all the data and content in that account, like the network intercom channel you created and the network channel you joined.
• You can restore your account and data within a period of time after account deletion. If the time is too long, the data will be completely removed from the server and cannot be recovered.

How to delete your account

1. Login your account in HT.
2. Go to account information page.
   • If the software is working in simple mode, it is on the software home page.
   • Otherwise, on the home page, click the button in the upper left corner to open the sidebar. Then click on your avatar.
3. Click the "Delete Account" button.
4. In the prompt dialog box, select "I confirm that I want to delete.". Then click OK.
